Chapter 9Acknowledgments and Recognition

I would love for everybody to see the truth about the invention and development of the hang glider, and one day I hope to see the truth being told at the National Air and Space Museum in Washington, DC.

Without the help of many people, this new look at hang gliding and paragliding history would never have been completed. We thank them all.

If we are to believe them, the entire story becomes a farce: NASA was conned by Rogallo into wasting all that time and money—three years and 295 million US Dollars in today’s money—to end up, 65 years after the Paraglider Development Program started, with nothing to show except the picture under: the Artemis II capsule coming back from around the moon in May 2026 under conventional round parachutes.
