The authors have been careful to detail the story, to analyse data, and to refrain from personal interpretation, even when calling out the many layers of lies they found.
They hit some roadblocks: both NASA and The Rogallo Foundation ignored our request for additional documentation; information that they should have, but that they keep hidden for reasons that we can only guess at. We found other paths, we found enough documents from other sources so we were able to deduce what the missing documents will say (e.g., the "patent pending" for the Flexikites).
So their story remains that Rogallo invented it all and that he convinced NASA to do the paraglider research.
If we are to believe them, the entire story becomes a farce: NASA was conned by Rogallo into wasting all that time and money—three years and 295 million US Dollars in today’s money—to end up, 65 years after the Paraglider Development Program started, with nothing to show except the picture under: the Artemis II capsule coming back from around the moon in May 2026 under conventional round parachutes.
